A home inspection will provide you...the buyer, an impartial evaluation of the overall condition of the home and the items that need to be repaired or replaced. The inspection report gives you an easy to read detailed summary on the condition of the structural components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, insulation, and ventilation interiors. Canyon State Property Inspections will give you the required information you need to make an informed decision by providing you with a comprehensive fully-narrative report detailing all the specifics of the home (Sample Full Report).  We include digital photos of defects where appropriate and encourage you to be on-site during the inspection so that we can fully explain and show our findings to you first hand.

In addition, Canyon State Property Inspections knows that the process of buying a home means meeting many deadlines and that your time is important.  For this reason we also provide a summary report (Sample Summary Report) that lists all of the critical findings.
